Domestic orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless other arrangements are made, UPS may be used for larger orders. Orders are sent with delivery confirmation and a tracking number will be provided once it has been shipped. Moonvine Organics, LLC cannot be responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed. Signature confirmation is possible by request and suggested for larger orders and orders to apartment buildings, additional charges may apply.
International orders are currently not accepted by Moonvine Organics, LLC.
Holiday order arrival dates cannot be guaranteed.
Returns and Exchanges
All returns, refunds, and/or claims must be requested within 15 days of shipment and must meet the following guidelines or we will not be able to process them.

If a package is received with damaged products, please make a list of the products that were damaged and contact us immediately so that we can process your claim.

If what you received is not what you ordered as stated on the invoice, arrangements will be made to correct the order. Please keep the original packaging and contact us immediately.

Shipping charges will not be refunded when an item has been returned for credit.

If a you wish to exchange an item for another, you may do so within 15 days of the shipping date so long as the product is unopened and unused per inspection upon return and the product is undamaged upon arrival at our warehouse. Moonvine Organics, LLC is not responsible for products damaged in return shipping. Once received and processed, we will issue a PayPal request to you for the cost of shipping the exchanged item. We do not have a restocking fee at this time.
